Kirk is a seasoned business consultant and meeting facilitator with over 30 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and training elite financial professionals. He previously led the Osaic Business Coaching & Consulting team, where he developed industry-recognized programs, including the award-winning Next Level coaching program, next-generation advisor development initiatives, and a leading behavioral financial advice program.

Kirk also served in leadership roles at Securities America, overseeing human resources and strategic planning, and at Ladenburg Thalmann, where he contributed to events planning and strategic development.

Kirk earned his master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated with honors from Washburn University. He has taught as an adjunct instructor for UNO's MBA program, held Series 7 and 24 securities licenses, and the Behavioral Financial Advisor™ (BFA™) designation.
